sexual harassment/ assault

How do I settle out of court with a major retaurant chain if i was sexually Harassed / assaulted by a manager while working? He was ''let go'' from a similar chain for sexuall harrasment and i am in conact with other victims who are ready to come forward.

First you have to write them a letter, explain your point of view, and ask for a settlement.

Or you can file a complaint with the WA State Human Rights Commission and/or EEOC and have them help you with the investigation and attempt to mediate settlement.
