Small Claims against Father

On December 25th 2002 i ran-away to go live with my

biological father who was just recently let out of jail.

While living there my mother cleared out my ban

account and gave it to me to give to him so he could

start an account for me, well instead of doing that he

put it into his ($1,500) account. Also we moved my

belongings into his studio. I wisened up around Feb

14 2003 and moved in with a friend. He told me i would

recieve my belongings and money with the next month

or just my stuff and $50 a week. Now it is Sept. 13 and

he told me that he would bring me my stuff and money

to my moms house today. right nw it is 10:00pm and i

haven't seen or heard from him. He won,t answer the

phone and i had previously told him if my stuff was not

recieved then i would file small claims. So now i am

very lost as to how i go about doing that. (by the by my

mom and are getting along great and i am happily

married and preganant) Thank you.
