statue of limitations
My wife and I was sueded back in 2002 by a neighbor over a land disagreement he used a adverse possession defence something do with a old fence law our Attorney quit and the Courts would not give us time to get a new one and they went on with the suit we lost I was wondering what is the statue of limitations on this kind of thing
