Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Washington

Can I sue a store for towing me?

Recently I had my car towed due to a flat tire. I left the car at midnight worried about my personal safety and not wanting to put a spare on at midnight. I returned the next day and it had been towed. The car was only parked there for 6 hours! It was obviously sitting on its rim and there was no air station to put air in the tire to drive to a shop. The gas station was the only one within miles and in the middle of nowhere. There were plenty of parking and I parked in the spot furthest away from the store as not to be in the way of any customers that would be coming when the store opened. Do I have a case to take them to small claims court to cover the towing bill of $530.00?

You can always sue. The question is whether you'll win. I don't think you will.
