Sueing an insurance agent.
Can I sue my insurance agent for devulging personal and private information about me to my ex-husband without my express permission?

Yes, in general you can sue anybody for anything. To determine whether you can reasonably expect to win I would need more information than you have provided. There are many circumstances under which an insurance company may be authorized to release information to third parties, a few examples: subpoena, court order, discovery request, release and others.
