What is the process of bringing a case before the Supreme Court?

Usually an appeal goes from Superior Ct to the Court of Appeals. Then one appeals to the Supreme Court and it's up to their discretion whether or not to take the case.

Sometimes, they will accept review directly from the superior court.

You apply to Div 1, 2, or 3 depending on the county of the superior court decision's being appealed.
