Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Washington

unexusable !
had a search warrent exucated on our house / place of biz'nes in begining of 2005. that warrent was in someone elses name (not ours). they didnt care one way or another and fully excuted that warrent in its' entirity. searched and seized ( and still have some of our property). i find this 100% unacceptable and 100% rude and extremly upsetting in so many ways i cant begin to say. what is more so, is that i have yet found anyone ( and i mean , anyone), yet to help us here with this. our biz took the most in this. thousands of dollars now in debt with taxes upon different taxes and fines and etc.... unbelievable. cant anyone please hear us here? i would really appreciate it.
