Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Washington
unlawfull arrest and summons
Been trying to deal with this court in bellvue,wa and they don't want to listen,my licesnse has not been suspended since 1987.twenty two years ago and this people insist that i need to come and post bail ....for what? the officer made a mistake and they want to harrassed me,i live in california,and they want me to travel there to just clear this stupid paper related problem.anyways what do you advice?

Give a call to a lawyer in Bellevue or Seattle and see if it can be cleared up without your needing to appear.
