Legal Question in Technology Law in Washington
Google AdSense program
Scenario: Online businesses provide site visitors with ads from Google AdSense program. Those site visitors' click thru's can result in prospects, leads, and purchases from advertiser. Online businesses agree to provide access to its site visitors in return for compensation on a per click basis. Thus, much like traditional ad model, compensation is for eyeballs plus a behavioral component. Google announces to online business that compensation for all past click thrus, regardless of date or source, will not occur as agreed. Google states that the account has been terminated because of violation of its agreement. The online businesses have not violated the agreement. Google will not provide any proof or evidence to support its contention. Question: Isn't this grounds for a class action lawsuit?

Re: Google AdSense program
You have not provided enough information to answer your question. Class action status is controlled by the number of entities in similar position. You state that the businesses have not violated the agreeement (something you must assert, not a fact, and you would have to be in position to show compliance); you do not say what specific reason Google has stated (or that they have not stated a specific term violated).
