Illlegal Internet downloaling
A minor downloads multiple tracks of music from an illegal website. Is the parent
liabe to civil sanctions?

In most states parents are liable for the civil torts of their children. You should delete the downloads and ensure that this doesn't happen again or you could be deemed personally liable. That written, your chances of being sued are not as great as they were just recently. But that can change and this is not worth the risk.
