Legal Question in Technology Law in Washington
We ordered a product online, paid for 2 day shipping and it has yet to be shipped (it's been 5 days). We requested a refund, it was refused, and a charge is now on our credit card for the product. When we told the owner of the company that we were going to give him a negative review, he deliberately searched our Facebook accounts, downloaded our pictures and information and threatened to compromise our privacy by posting all of it across the web. Do we have any recourse?

This is actually a civil litigation matter (contracts and potentially right to privacy claim). You may have more luck getting an answer by refiling under civil litigation (not civil rights).
