Money Owed
I paid off my ex's credit card, and he said we would pay me back, it has now been two years and still not paid back. Can I do anything legally?

Yes, you can sue him. Depending on the amount, you can sue him yourself in small claims court or you can sue him in district court. How much is it and where do you live?
