Legal Question in Construction Law in Washington
Bond judgement
My company filed a summons and complaint against a contrator who never paid. We are trying to attach his bond. L and I tells us we need a judgement. I am unsure what form I need to submit to the superior court to get this judgement.
Thank you

Re: Bond judgement
I'm not sure what your question is on this matter. You do ned to have a judgment in order to execute against the bond. If the contractor you are suing has not paid, you can likely place a lien against the property worked upon as well. I would welcome an opportunity to talk with you regarding this matter. Feel free to give me a call.
