Legal Question in Consumer Law in Washington
Agreement says 'We can change the terms at any time'
I signed up for a service (on the internet) and initially the terms stated that I could terminate the agreement with 30 days notice at any time.
Last week an email was sent to everyone stating that this is now 6 months, and that we could not opt-out of this change since the agreement stated
7)Terms Updates
You authorize AAAAA.com who reserves the right to revise any or all of the terms herein at any time.
I emailed them and asked to close my account immediately and that I could not accept the change in the agreement, but they refused.
What do I do?
