auto buyers regret
Is there any protection for the buyer of a used car who has immediate regrets and wishes to undo the deal made with a car lot?

Not through the law, no. You could appeal to the seller's decency and request that the deal be unwound, but according to the law, you signed it, you have possession it is yours according to the terms of the contract.
