In the Stateof Washington do I have a grace period to refuse the sale? What rightrs do I have

No, in WA a consumer has a three day cooling off period on an in-home sale (your home)and possibly for a refinance transaction.
But auto sales that occur NOT at your home are final when signed.
That said, it is possible sometimes to shame the dealer into changing or walking away from the deal. Think picket signs in front of the dealership.
Theoretically, you still have the right to free speech.
