Legal Question in Consumer Law in Washington

US Bank Committing Fraud?

I sold my house in February of this year and it had a second mortgage on it through US Bank. US Bank accepted a pay off payment for the loan but did not disclose to any party that they had actually sold the loan to blue view corp in November of 2003. In June, four months after the sale of the home, I was contacted by Blue View Corp advising me that they have not been paid. Upon further checking it was discovered that they recorded the deed of trust on June 4th 2004 and now wanted to be paid. This was nearly four months after the sale of the home.

What am I going to do? US Bank is unwilling to assit and Blue view is demanding documation and payment for a loan that I never new exsited. US Bank sold their interest in my property and never disclosed this. They accepted a pay off after the property was sold and now is unwilling to acknowledge any wrong doing.

What are my options? At this point I am considering hiring an attorny to resolve but what kind of attorny do I need?

Thank you.
