Legal Question in Consumer Law in Washington
Buyer's Remorse
We purchased a used truck from a local car lot.
Signed the papers on a Sunday and left with the
vehicle. Our credit history is excellent so the deal
went right through. Later that day we decided we
made a fast decision and did'nt want the truck. I've
heard that it's possible to return, even with a
signed contract within 72 hours with buyers
remorse, is that true?

Re: Buyer's Remorse
I'm sorry to say that you do not have any option to return the vehicle unless there is a written provision in your contract that grants you that right.
