Canadians purchasing new vehicle
Thousands of Canadians have been refused the sale of a new vehicle by most brands (not all) in the US. They are refused if they do not have a US address. Basically creating a barrier to export. Used vehicles are allowed. Is this discriminatory, trade law anticompetitive, collusion, NAFTA?

I'd have to understand the basis for the refusal to sell. Did the dealer put that in writing? I cannot think why a car dealer would refuse a sale.
If you look at avvo.com ( a v v o ) you may be able to locate an attorney in Bellingham or thereabouts who handles consumer protection matters. That person can answer your question better than I can.
