Legal Question in Consumer Law in Washington
New car Return in WA State
I purchased a new car on Sunday, since then they have asked me back into the dealership twice, to sign more paper work - I am freaked out and have the worst feeling - my monthly payment has come up - and a change of banks, don't know what this next time visit is about yet? Can I return the car?

Re: New car Return in WA State
Please consider finding and talking to a local attorney who handles consumer matters right now.
There is no right of recission in car transactions by statute in WA. However, the transaction has to be completed to be effective.
Use avvo.com (a v v o) to find a local attorney who handles consumer practices, and ask for a consult.
