cell phone fraud
my cell phone comany has never given me adiquite service or charged me the amount that was agreed upon. they do not listen or do any thing about my complaints when I call. They also refuse to cancel my service. I did not sign any thing at the time of purchase or any time there after. What should I do?

The first step is to write to them and explain your concerns about their failure to meet your expectations. Calling will not achieve the results you expect, because there is no record of the content of the call. A letter will create a paper trail.
Send a copy to Washington's attorney general, consumer protection division. You can't know the percentage of other customers that are having issues with this provider, but your alerting the AG may convince them to take action against the company if warranted.
