comcast cable issue

i pd for interent w/comcast cable for three yrs. but never received their service. yes they are very much so aware of this and has already owned this, BUT no they have not even spoke to me yet and i am tired .

Be sure that you are communicating with them in writing, rather than calling them. Send copies of your correspondence to the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division. You can find them on line at access.wa.gov.

Calling is quick, but writing creates evidence. Hope this helps. Elizabeth Powell
