Legal Question in Consumer Law in Washington
Continued contact from business
I have been receiving numerous letters, e-mails and phone calls from a televised school after repeatedly asking to be removed from their list. I have called 4 times to ask to be removed and the letters continue to come. Is there anything I can do to file a complaint?

Write a letter to the school. Send a copy of the letter to the attorney general.
People generally don't respond to phone calls, but a letter serves as evidence of your request and thus tends to get their attention more fully.
Hope this helps. Elizabeth Powell
