Legal Question in Consumer Law in Washington
Delcon Shield
My uterus was mutilated by the Delcon Shield I received when in the US Army in 1973. I have seen on the web that there has been a class action lawsuit. Do I still have any recourse for the condition caused by this divise?

Re: Delcon Shield
1973 was . . . 24 years ago? Yes, there was a class action. Why didn't you appear and ask for relief when it was filed years ago?
If there is some compellingly good reason why you didn't ask for relief with the rest of the class, contact the attorneys doing the class action and ask them what the class parameters are, and figure out whether your claim is valid or not.
Hope this helps - Powell
