Ebay is trying to destroy my good credit rating
I had a listing on Ebay and it didn't sell, which is fine. The problem is that the entire time my listing was posted, the viewer counter didn't work. I have no idea how many people viewed my item , which would make a huge difference as to whether or not I would relist in the same category or move it to another, or if I had 5000 people look at it and no bids, then I would know my price was high. Unfortunately I couldn't look at this information because is wasn't working. I asked Ebay if they would extend my listing for no charge or refund my money. I tried talking to 9 different people and they all said no. I decided I wouldn't pay my invoice, now they are sending me to collections. I'm pissed because a very important feature on their site wasn't working properly and it affected my listing. What can I do? The bill is only $60, but I'm extremely pissed off about the situation and am willing to spend more money just to show them they can't push people around.

No, let it go. You signed a contract, read it. It is going to say something like you agree that the site may not work as advertised, and you agree to pay the fees no matter what.
It is NEVER "about the principal of the thing". Don't get wrapped around the axle about this. Pay the bill and move on.
