Legal Question in Consumer Law in Washington

Info on Credit Report

After checking my credit report I realized that another persons personal information including account numbers and social security number is mixed up with mine. Her name is similar to mine and I worry now if she has all of my information, which could lead to identidy theft. According to the credit reporting agency I have 2 Social Sec. Numbers. I am very worried about this, what can I legally do?

You need to dispute in writing with all three credit bureaus and include a copy of your social security card and driver's license.
