Legal Question in Consumer Law in Washington
Lemon Law regarding RV's
We bought a used RV and had found a few things wrong - asked that they be fixed and it has been two months and the work has not been done as promised. We asked for our money back and they refused - said they couldn't do it - this is from a dealer. Is there anything we can do to get our money back since they have not followed through with their end of things. I don't think I should have to keep paying for a trailer I don't have and haven't had. Thank you.

Re: Lemon Law regarding RV's
Keep copies of the paperwork related to the RV.
Then, you can use the internet to contact the State Attorney General's Office. You can file a complaint on line.
I suggest starting there, as it is a very low cost option. Good luck -
