otc meds

if a person goes in canada and purchases otc tylenol/codeine for pain relief, can they legally bring that over the border into washington state? if so, how much is legal?

The issue is not crossing the border, it is being in the State of WA with legend drugs without a prescription. There is no legal amount you can do that with, sorry.
