purchase agreement

on a 3 business day cancellation option, does that mean you must have the registered letter to them in 3 days, or does that mean I must have it postmarked within 3 days?

CR5 governs rules about time. When the time allowed is less than 10 days, the intervening weekends and holidays do not count towards the total.

3-business day cancellations ONLY apply to contracts that you agreed to in your home. Having your recission postmarked within three business days is sufficient, in my opinion.
