Statute of Limitations
I want to file a small claims action against a store we bought doors from in June of this year. How long to I have to file a small claims action?

a Breach of contract of sale is 4 yrs;
on a written contract of sale is 5 yrs;
on an oral contract of sale is 4 yrs;
To determine the correct one for you I'd have to talk to you to figure which one is true for your particular case. the one for sales, (1st one) is probably the one that applies to you. Again, this is based on the short fact scenario you provided and may not actually be the one that really applies unless I talk to you about all the facts.
