Legal Question in Consumer Law in Washington
My transmission went out in my car over eight weeks ago. I had it towed to a local transmission shop where i was given a quote of 2600.00 which i paid in full before my car was fixed now i am going on eight weeks still no car and everytime i call or stop by my car is not fixed and he has some dramatic excuse to why. What actions can i take to get my car back.
