Truck bought from dealer (as is)
I bought a truck from a dealer (cash) (as is) . Now I have a valve blowing 85 % into the tailpipe.Dealer knew had truck put on machine said #5 PLUG BAD next line said alls good.

If the dealer knew isn't as informative as is the question of if YOU knew and elected to go through with the transaction anyway.
You got value for your money (sort of) if you think the transaction was unfair, contact the Attorney General, consumer affairs office.
There are warranties of fitness for purpose and merchantability that cannot be disclaimed.
Have you thought about small claims?
