warranty not ever signed up
I purchased a travel trailer with an extended service contract. (heritage) The contract company has no record of this yet my dealer can am rv of lynnwood wa charged me. Is this breech of contract? what can I do

It isn't necessarily a breach, but it is a problem. WRITE to the dealer. Enclose copies of your purchase and sale agreement. Point out the language about the warranty. Demand that they acknowledge the warranty. CC the attorney general.
Send it certified and keep a copy.
