Wrongful repo
My car was wrongfully reposessed tonite. I have a court case pending against a used car dealer on another vehicle which he has in his posession, he also has a lein on my car title which has been paid in full and is in my name. His repo company came to my home and took my car, did not identify themselves, only showed me my car title. I was told my the city police and my lawyer my car could not be reposessed without a court order and he could not get one because I have a court case pending. The man asked me to call the police and when I came in to get the phone he took off in my car. What can I do about it?

I can't second guess your lawyer; you need to talk to him or her and determine your course of action.
