Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Washington
my 26 year old son just was notified of a bill, from a dentist in 1996 when he was 9 years old. the original bill was for nine hundred and forty eight dollars and now they want six thousand dollars. my ex wife and I nor my son recall him ever going to this dentist. I believe it stolen identity or a mistake can he challenged this?
