Agreement reached to refund Money

I agreed to take accept POA for my elderly Friend from another Country which I have the document now, the elderly woman paid thousands and never received what she paid for, the seller actually kept the money and ignored the elderly woman's pleas for the animal or money refunded, this is why I got involved. The bottom line is after many talks ect.. I was able to finally get an agreement for payment to be paid in full by a certain date after the seller has had the money for almost a year now..

I have some legal software, but need to find out which one to use or is there one I can download? My elderly friend does not have much money as it took many years to save up for this, and since I have been in collections before I said I would help also I love the law and want to get my degree.

Can you please let me know which form to use?

Sorry - I am prohibited from assiting non lawyers with the practice of law.

This isn't about downloading forms. Law is a profession in the classical sense. It takes a doctorate and passing a fairly rigorous exam and licensing to be able to practice law.

Just because you are nominated as an attorney in fact does not make you an attorney at law.

You can certainly contact your County's Bar Association and ask for a referral for your principal. Many Bars have a volunteer auxiliary who will help persons of limited means, often without charge.
