You need to get yourself to a family law legal clinic right now. Contact your county Bar Association, which you can probably find on line, and look for information on a neighborhood legal clinic or a family law clinic, or a phone number you can call to get more information.
The law presumes that you are competent and that when you sign something you understand the importance of it and the meaning of it.
If you have signed something, and you are now thinking that was not such a good idea, the sooner you bring this to someone's attention the better. Waiting is not in your best interest.
Washington is a community property state. Half of everything he earns is yours. Half of everything you own as a marital community is yours.
Your husband can do things as an agent of your marital community, but you have exactly the same rights to make changes too.
When you say he had it notarized, were you there when it was notarized? A notary attests that you were the person signing the document, and the notary must be present to witness you sign the document. Did that happen?
You are having a family law problem, not a credit collections or debt issue.
I hope this helps you re-frame the issue. Powell
