Card debt

Can credit card debt result in My bank account being levyed? Or other assets leyved?

In the very long run yes. If you don't pay a debt the creditor can sue you. If the creditor is sucessful, there will be a judgment entered against you. If you don't pay the judgment the creditor can collect it without your permission - unless you declare bankruptcy, in which case, they cannot collect it.
