Child Support

If someone is paying child support for a child thats not his what is the first step to stop this? The mother signed his name on her own. Paternity test shows he's not the father. The attorney general won't stop taking money from his check.

Am unclear if you need a TX atty or WA atty -- but in Texas, I would recommend hiring an attorney to file a Motion for Termination of Child Support.
