Re: How do I collect on a judgement?

I am not a practicing attorney in your jurisdiction. You will have to speak with the Court Clerk in small claims to discover the procedure. In most states a levy or attachment must be filed. It may be called a request for execution or something similar. If you do not take action to enforce the judgment it will remain uncollected. I suggest you consult local legal counsel if you can not obtain satisfactory guidance from the Court Clerk as to the procedure.
