credit card debt

Am I legally responsible for my boyfriends credit card debt our home is in our name together, but our credit cards are in our own individual names?

If you are not married to him, you'd have to be on the contract for the debts. You are on the mortgage. If they are his own credit card debts, then chances are the creditor cannot collect from you, barring other facts.
