How do I file a claim against an Estate in Washington?

What do I need to file with the court against an estate on behalf of my business? We received the ''Notice to Creditors'' yesterday. My claim is supported by a lease signed by the deceased (our former tenant). We are located in Seattle, County of King, State of Washington.

The relevant statutes are in Revised Coee of Washington (RCW) title 11.40. Of particular conern to you are 11.40.070 and 11.40.051.
