hsbc orchard bank credit card
i have ms, and am on disability, i applied and got a credit card
i was told paying with bill pay online was ok and my payment due date would change from the 30th to the 6th or after
since i get my check on the 3rd,
over the last year i have disputed late pay fees, over and over, since not one of the 8 to ten people i have talked to changed the date

i have paid around 400 in payments and been chargedover 380.00 in fees
i sent the card back in pieces about 10 months ago and they are still charging me,
like my account is open, i have a email from them verifying i closed it
this is crazy,i have called many times, emailed, written letters and had my friend call, they just say they will fix it but dont help please

Re: hsbc orchard bank credit card
Contact the attorney general consumer protection division AND the Washington Human Rights Commission.
You are entitled to enjoy the same rights as non disabled persons, and you are also entitled to reasonable accomodation of your disability.
TELL the state what is happening. Also - phone calls to large institutions are useless. If you want to get their attention you have to write them. Letters can be documentary evidence, so be really polite to them, as your potential audience for your letter is a judge.
Hope this helps. Elizabeth Powell
