Lien on house for credit card debt
Can card companies put a lien on My house for unpaid credit card dept?

Eventually. First, they have to sue you. Then they could get a judgment against you (which will accrue interest at 12% per annum). Finally the judgment (if sued out in Superior Court) will act as a lien against any real property you own.
