I was recent car accident unfortunately I had no car insurance and now I owe the other person 7 thousand dollars do to car damages. I'm 5 months pregnant and unemployed at the moment do to my critical pregnancy. Am I still obligated to pay that amount at the moment since I'm not employed and pregnant and what are the consequences if I don't
