repo of a car

is it legal in the state of washington for an auto loan establishment to garnish our wages for remainder balance after they auction the car we volunteered it as a repo?

If they have a judgment awarding them money they can take it however they can get it.

Your alternative is a bankruptcy. That will stop garnishments, etc.
