Re: small claims debt collection

Hello; If you need help with this please call me or email me.

The judgment can be filed of record in King County for $20.00. I need an exemplified copy of the CA judgment and the filing fee.

Once it is of record, it acts as a lien on your judgment debtor's real property, which cannot be sold without your judgment being satisfied.

And any and all attorney fees and costs you incur collecting the debt are ALSO recoverable, along with 12% interest.

So really, you are fine. Again, if you want help, just say so.
