Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington

In 2005 i self barred myself from a casino and had the understanding it was for one year. after that year i returned to the casino where i provided my id to them on numerous occasions for signing up for promotions, winning jackpots, etc. in 2009 while in the casino i was approached by security and taken in the back, it ended up that i was trespassing and they turned it over to the county prosecutor, i have been charged with 1st degree criminal trespass and am awaiting trial. my question is did i really violate the law as it was not the property owner that did not want me on the property but myself originally. Also they send me mailers for promotions inviting me in.

You can't "self bar" yourself on a trespass so it sounds like you aren't guilty to me. The police report will have a copy of the original trespass admonishment to see whether you were legally kicked out or not. Unless the mailers were addressed to your name I don't think that would count as an invite to return.
