3 charges as of now on a man who assulted my 17 year old

hi this person assulted my daughter recently and was arrested and is in jail as we speak im wanting to know if from looks of his charges and since he was on probabtion does it look as if he will be in jail for a while.because know what the middle charge means as i said i know he was on probabtion and quit checking in and he has quite a long criminal history and since the court website to search his back cases is still down for now i cant see everything.so my question is is he looking at a good amount of time with the charges against him now?they are as follows

Thanks for you question. I am sorry to hear about what happened to your daughter. I hope she is okay. If she had a domestic relationship with the criminal then she will have a domestic violence advocate assigned to her case who can tell you more detail.

When looking at sentencing, a judge will consider such things as past history, likelihood of re-offending, and the seriousness of the current charges. The assault looks like it is in investigation so the seriousness hasn't been determined yet. Based on the bail amounts on the other charges I would say he is looking at considerable time.
