Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington

2nd degree assalt with a deadly weapon, he said she said

no harm came to 2 men but they say i pointed a gun at them and told them they better leave or i would kill them (the other man said blow your brains out) i have witnesses that saw this and say i had no gun, what i di have was a silver microscope top i was using at the time to clean my hearing aids with in my hand so is it there word agent mine when i said that i only pulled it out of my pocet to get them to stop exelirating twards me and to be able to question them as to there bissnes on the posted drive that they were on ? i was only had it in my hand for 2 seconds but they say i kept it on them for the entire time and all i said was why are you guys here? (they said nothig) and then i said you guys better leave before there is a bigger problem. they left, there is a bit more to the story, along with many inconsistanceys on there part on the stand ! i have 3 witnesses that all say i had no gun if i had had a gun they would have seen it, but did not, what chance do i stand whith the jury? they have been out for a day and a half now.
